Office Manager Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD, 1999 – Present
Responsible for the hardware/software support for 80 computer systems. Loaded all software to connect systems to LAN. Provided troubleshooting when systems failed. Created accounts on LAN. Responsible for the Information Management and Personnel functions for a 160 personnel organization. Supervised 4 personnel. Created Access database to track personnel actions and provide products to CEO on a weekly basis.
Postal Room Supervisor Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD, 1998-1999
Responsible for all business mail for 4000 personnel. Managed $60,000 postal budget and $15,000 small parcel budget. Supervised 8 personnel. Implemented postage-by-phone metering system. Established mobile post office in Thumrait Air Base, Oman in support of military operations overseas that provided both official and personal mail to deployed personnel.
Office Manager Keflavik Naval Air Station, Keflavik Iceland, 1997-1998
Responsible for all Personnel/Information Management and Information Technology for a 150 personnel organization. Upgraded 50 desktop computer systems to connect to Windows NT network. Interacted with contractors to install Fiber cable connecting 21 facilities to server.
Information Management Supervisor Barksdale Air Force Base, LA, 1994-1997
Responsible for all functions of an Information Management office at a professional Air Force school. Managed student database to track approximately 1200 students annually. Coordinated efforts with multiple Air Force Bases to insure training slots were filled. Assisted in the installation of a Local Area Network to include running cable and installing software.
